Description
SPARK is a car sharing app for low cost and eco-friendly travels in Bucharest, Sofia and Vilnius.
We provide only electric cars to reach your destination in comfort and style, respecting the environment and saving your costs. Free-floating model allows you to start your ride in one location and leave SPARK car in any other location within designated zones as shown on the map. Your travels might take from few minutes to days – as long as you need a car at the lowest cost.
Here’s how it works:
• Download the app.
• Register – add your driving licence and payment card.
• Find a car, reserve it and unlock via app.
• Pay only for a time you use it – insurance, charging and maintenance are included in the cost.
• Earn eGO loyalty points for every trip with SPARK and redeem them for special rewards.

Ridiculous drivers license registration experience
I’ve been unable to use the service for 2+ weeks now because upon a submission of the drivers license images the app does not give you any feedback on whether:
- the images are good or they need to be re-taken
-your drivers license is in the process of being reviewed/approved
-expected day/time when you are expected to receive your approval
-literally any information on the status of the process
You can only find that out if you try to reserve a car and it show the generic message of “registration not approved yet”
Calling customer service didn’t work either as they said they can’t have a human take over the process when there’s a glitch like that, so not sure what the point of customer service even is at this point.
No price list in the app, no available km for daily rent
They’ve removed the price list from the app and they’ve removed the daily rent details such as km available for the fee (both used to be available).
Does not work! Registration is difficult!
Horrible registration process. I have used multiple ride sharing services around the world and have never encountered such a horrible service!
