NewsInTwos is the perfect companion to Duolingo. Duolingo is a great learning tool, but it’s so structured that when you get out in the real world, it’s easy to feel lost.

That’s why NewsInTwos is such a valuable learning that goes well with Duolingo. It makes you get used to the randomness of real conversations.

Make sure you read the instructions so you know how to use all the tools NewsInTwos has available. It’s those tools that make the app so useful.

Great concept! Buggy App

I downloaded this app as I thought it would help me practice learning another language. I love the concept!

Unfortunately, I don’t use it as while it initially pulls up news of the day easily, when you enter into an article, the page won’t scroll/advance. It freezes. The translations work fine, it’s just the scrolling.

I have removed and reinstalled the app several times. Same issue. I don’t use it because of this and will probably delete for good. Just wished it would scroll better and I’d use it every day!

A good supplement for Spanish learners

This app is attractive, easy to use, and part of my Spanish studies every day. It is great to be able to see how the language is used outside of a class or language app, and I appreciate that I can reveal just a bit of each story as I go rather than the whole thing.
