Great telemedicine App
New app update is a big improvement. I can book my dr appointment, search for specialist within my neighborhood, pay my bill or even see a doctor over video chat. With the influenza & Coronavirus going around this is year. This Great app to connect to a medical doctor to get medical advice and diagnostic. Developers did a great job on the app.
If you go to their website to schedule an appointment for let’s say a CT scan, they don’t have that option online. But they tell you to download “the app” to book appointments. App’s UI/UX is from late 2000’s. Registration process is not too long but interface is a bit confusing. And guess what… There’s a tab named “Appointments”, but there’s no option to book it. Why you guys lie to the users, literally waisting their time? For the app itself I’d probably give 3 stars, but for uselessness of it and for the confusion of the customers I gave 1 star just because there’s no “0”. How that big multi billion company isn’t able to take care of that simple thing?
Unable to log in
When attempting to log in, the app requires that you check a consent box, but you can’t. You have to click out of the app to review the entire document… which is a document of hundreds of pages btw… and also had nothing to acknowledge and no way through to the login… meaning you have to back out AND START AGAIN. Wish I could review the actual app, but I can’t get in :(
