App is useful but the subscription is ludicrously overpriced. Hope you rethink your business model

Our most expensive license is just 13% of the minimum hardware cost and gives you unlimited testing with remote testing capabilities for your patients, online data trending and exportation. There is NO excuse that you can explain of how expensive this is. As a business person, I understand how everything goes, but you business model is expensive and should investigated on where this money goes and how it’s been use for investment. I suggest to re-think about this, this business model NEEDS to be monitored on the inflation.

Hello, I completely understand your concern. Reflex isn't like your traditional $1.99 App; it is a regulated and registered medical device which commands the higher cost. The same technology in its hardware form is 10 to 20 times more expensive than Reflex. Hello. I tried contacting you through the store but it won’t let me send the message. We will not be purchasing the app. I have no ability to cancel the free subscription. I do not want this app. I’m worried we will be charged.
