Routines is simple, easy to use app that helps you keep up with goals, build new habits, and track any task you want to make part of your daily routine. Rather than setting a strict deadline to each and every task, Routines segments your day into Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night. You can choose to see only the tasks for a specific group, or view a complete list of tasks for your entire day. Based on each segment's notification settings, Routines will send notifications for each task in that segment, allowing you to quickly mark them as complete or snooze them for later directly from the iOS Lock screen. Routines makes navigating the app easy by providing thematic colors for each segment of the day.
Minor compatibility fix for users on earlier versions of iOS 13.

It’s perfect, without all the “extra”
Seriously loving everything about this app. It’s beautifully designed, simple, and it just makes you want to use it. I was using Fabulous but there is just too much “extra” going on and I wasn’t using it consistently. That all changed with this app. The only thing I’m feeling like I want is a way to see tomorrow’s tasks, like once I tick off a repeating task I’d love to see that it’s on tomorrow’s list, especially as I’m trying to craft my perfect routine list. Everything else, perfecto.

I've just uploaded a new beta version to Apple's TestFlight that lets you see tomorrow's tasks in your list. If you're interested in helping me test this feature and giving feedback, please email me at email@example.com.
I'm so happy to hear you're enjoying the app. I'm doing my best to keep making it better. And you're in luck! I already have plans to add an "Upcoming tasks" section that will appear below all the others in your list. You'll also be able to toggle it on or off for the people who prefer to keep a clean list once everything is done.
Loved it at first
I initially really liked this app. It seemed like it was going to be just what I needed - but there’s one major flaw that lowers the usefulness so much (at least for me) that it’s almost not worth using: the task order isn’t set. My tasks are displayed in a different order every morning! And there’s no way to reorder them. I thought at first that they were displayed in the order that I input them, so I deleted them all and put them all back in how I wanted them, only to find that the next day they were completely shuffled.
The whole reason I need an app is because I forget what I’m supposed to do next in my morning routine, and I’m trying to make the flow habitual. If I have to scroll through the whole list and try to decide/remember what task I should do next, there’s no reason to have the app at all... a written list would be much more useful!

I'm sorry you ran into this issue. Your tasks certainly shouldn't be permanently hidden from view. I've submitted an update to fix the issue which should be available very soon! If you continue having problems, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beautiful but missing some features
Great app as it is
I gave it 5 starts be cuz it is the closest thing to what I had in my head when I started searching the App Store but it can have some great features.
This needs to have a duration stamp , a time block definable for every entry. In the morning, coffee for 15 minutes, then a notification pops up and tells me to move on with my coffee already! I know, but a ADHD guy like me needs to be reminded that I have spent 15 minutes drinking coffee and it’s time to move along with my day.
Add a today page that reflects today’s plan. Today should include my daily routine plus it should allow me to add stuff as I go about my day. For example I can add “call Emily” to someplace in my daily routine, that stays only for that this day, today only.
I’ll update this review as I keep using this great app
Thank you Devs 👏🏻💯✅🆒🔝

Thanks for the feedback! Always helpful hearing how people want to use the app. And I completely understand the challenges of ADHD. ;) I actually quite like the idea of a "Today" view. I can't make any promises other than it's certainly something I will look into incorporating.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
