Relay is a new platform for solving non-emergency safety concerns. No matter where you are in the United States, you can use Relay to get help when you need it.
We're trying to encourage collaborative crime-prevention and crime-solving by creating better relationships between first responders and their neighbors, before something serious even happens.
With Relay, you report your safety concern and it's instantly routed directly to nearby first responders. Follow along as things progress with status updates, and even exchange messages, pictures, and video with responding officers, so long as the responding agency is integrated with our platform.
Our map and feed show incidents reported to police via Relay and other sources, as well as COVID-19 trends and severe weather advisories in your area. With safety broadcasts from police and other public safety personnel nearby, you're getting the full picture about any safety trends and concerns near you.
Finally, you can sign up for alerts directly from public safety officials about hazards in your area, like pandemic updates, requests for crime tips, or warnings about break-ins, thefts, missing persons, and more.
Get a sense of civic pride contributing to the public safety conversation, and be in the know on nearby activity. Together, we can all help make each community safer.
** RELAY IS FOR NON-EMERGENCY SAFETY CONCERNS ONLY. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN EMERGENCY, DIAL 911 **
We're always looking for ways to bring more trusted, no-noise public safety information to you. That's why we've been working hard on our latest additions, and today we get to share them with you. We're pleased to announce that when you open Relay, our map has a content feed at the bottom that includes even more reported activity in your area. This feed also now includes COVID-19 trends (including vaccinations) for every county and state in the US, as well as severe weather alerts provided by the national weather service.
Many of you have also told us that you'd really like to be able to upload video. Maybe you captured something suspicious on your security camera, or need a police report for a theft after the fact. Now, we officially support video captured via Relay, or uploaded directly from your phone. You can provide video in your initial report to first responders, or included it in messaging as a situation progresses.
We hope you find these improvements useful to you, and in the meantime, keep the feedback coming– reach out to email@example.com any time.

The best way to communicate with police
The Relay app is a seamless, easy way to communicate and report non-emergency incidents with police and have real-time feedback on reports. It’s much better than searching for and trying to call the non-emergency number and never knowing the outcome. Excited to see the future possibilities with the product.
Easy to use
It was easy to submit a police report on the app and within 25 minutes a police officer called me about it to get some more info. The Broadcasts feature seems pretty cool, I’m excited to see the app continue to grow in the future!
Easy to Use
This app is very easy to use for anyone who feels they may not be tech smart. It also offers many features and options to report what specifically is needed.
