fit52 is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Customers who choose a subscription are eligible for a free 14-day trial period. Annual subscriptions are billed the total annual fee at the expiry of the trial period. Quarterly subscription users are billed every three months. Monthly subscription users are billed each month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Fit52 is worth every penny!!

It breaks down to $1 or less per week, and I’ve spent more on less, so I figured the chance I might not stick with it was worth it. This app is so completely motivating and easy to follow along with! I am on week 24, and haven’t looked back. I started out doing 1 or 2 days per week, and then at week 17, increased myself to 5 days per week and have been sticking with that since. It’s completely customizable from number of days to fitness level to equipment to exercises. I can’t do lunges due to a foot problem that they aggravate, so I just swap those out whenever I get them. Easy cheesy! I have lost so many inches - my clothes fit amazingly, I FEEL good, and I’m gaining great, defined muscle. Honestly, I cannot recommend this app more! It also doesn’t hurt to see my girl, Carrie Underwood, on a daily basis - and have the fantastic community cheering you on - that is great motivation too!! :)

Great tool with one downfall.

I have been using this app for almost a month now. I ended up choosing to buy 3 months worth of use to be sure I’d not get bored. I haven’t had any issue with extreme repetition of movements as other reviewers have. When an exercise gets repeated I consider it a mental challenge & just “luck of the draw”. I love the variety of moves from workout to workout. I’m hitting all the major zones without using the same exercises.
The only con I have is that I wish I could just go through a list of full or half workouts and choose one rather than the need to commit to a certain “path”. I’d like to save a few favorite workouts to repeat on a day I don’t have time to shuffle through. I don’t always have time to commit to a full workout daily but in order to do a half on any certain day I have to leave my current path and choose a different one. Not a huge deal but definitely makes me consider whether to go beyond the 3 month purchase.

Thanks for the great feedback. Really appreciate it. This is something we working to improve. At the moment, you can select any workout, be it short, targeted or even a stretch, and do this any day without having to commit to a path. Many of the fit52 fam do 1-2 path workouts per week and then slot in shorter workouts when they can.

Love the idea of be able to easily access your favorite workouts. Stay tuned :)

Sadly not what I was looking for

I’m so sad because I have been LOVING doing the six days of workouts in Carrie’s book. I’ve gone through them a number of times. I love using the cards variety and unpredictability of what’s coming next. And they are amazing workouts!! I downloaded the app to get some new workouts to switch it up. I hate the way the app works. I like using my own cards and going at my own pace. But the app sometimes is too slow, sometimes too fast. I had to pause it multiple times then press the fast forward button and then it told me I couldn’t skip anymore exercises even though I didn’t actually skip any workouts. I felt like I was on my phone half the time. Plus none of the moves were any different from the ones in the book. I love the concept so I’ll probably just find some workouts online and adapt them to use the cards because I have loved that. You can’t even look through different workouts without starting and going through the whole thing. It keeps giving me notifications that I’m changing “my path.” I’ll stick with it for another week until my trial runs out, but then I’m out.

Sorry you are having this trouble with the app. We are improving it as we go along and hopefully some of the hiccups you mentioned will be taken care of in the next few builds. We are still very happy you are following a good fitness Path and are getting what you need out of the book. Give it another shot soon and you may find the improvements you are looking for.
