Arabic Unlocked: Learn Arabic 4+

Finally here!

Thank you for making Arabic Unlocked, I’ve been searching for a way to learn both the Language and Culture (without moving) but teaching myself proved to be more challenging than I thought it would be until a friend recommended trying your app! The statistics page really helped me see what I was doing well. Look forward to improving my vocabulary / accent. Would recommend to anyone looking at using some downtime to invest in themselves & gain some insight.

Several mistakes

Unit 11 has a lot of mistakes in pronunciation. Other units have errors as well. I hope the developer would check the accuracy of all these units. I am using an iPad Pro. There are some pages in which there is no sound and you are supposed to choose which word is being said. The page before/after may be ok but I have run into this more than I expected for a premium purchase. I have sent emails but I am asked if I have my volume turned on. Of course it is turned on. I would attach pages of examples if it were possible here. One particular page asks me to choose the correct word for “airport.” I selected مطار but it told me I was wrong and it highlighted مصعد ( elevator ) as the correct answer. It is too bad that although I have sent sample pages in emails, no one says that they are or will look into these matters.

We sincerely apologize for all the issues you've been facing with the app. There are a few minor bugs that we are currently working on fixing. We apologize for the delay in response. As for the Airport meaning it's also caused by the bug. This and other minor bugs will be fixed as soon as possible. Once we are done, there'll be an update on the store in sha Allah.

No sound issue resolved (iPhone user)

This is a really good app and may Allah bless the developers Alhamdulillah. I thought the sound wasn’t working in the lessons even though my volume was turned all the way up. Then I noticed I had my phone in silent mode. When I switched it off silent mode the sound started working again.
