Really Constellation??
Cmon guys I’m sure you guys are aware that we use our smartphones to practically do everything here right? Pay bills, banking, shopping etc etc. Well it seems you guys are not.. first and most important update this app needs. It needs to stop crashing… secondly please fix the auto fill on the app.. the few times that the app doesn’t crash you have to enter your credentials every time… cmon folks we need an update ASAP!! Hope this review gets to the right people!!
Not Up to Current Standards
I don’t know why this app logs you out every time you go to open it. This is just my energy bill not my bank account. I can even log into my bank account easier than this app. It’s also a struggle to find out information about your bill, they made it a pain to look up. The app needs a major overhaul.
Could be better
The app itself works fine but it’s very inconvenient to have to log in every time I open it. I have a long complicated chrome-created password and I have to open chrome settings to find and copy it over to the app. At that point I may as well just open the website on chrome. Can we get an update for it to remember the password or integrate Face ID?
