beware the bonus

This is a fairly glitchy app based on what device you are using. my phone and tablets work fine, but my laptop will not allow me to make bets because it cannot verify what state I am in. I am literally in the same room. the bonus option is great, deposit $100.00 get a $200.00 bonus. The catch is you have to make $1500.00 in bets before you can withdraw any funds. I was able to struggle through and did not have to add more money before I cashed out. Read the terms & conditions before depositing funds.

App not ready for primetime

App glitchy and is not showing any of my open bets. All time Bet History is wiped. Also Promos are less clear then other apps and make it difficult to get initial money out. Better off with more established sports book apps that have worked out the kinks when it comes to handing over your money.

Thanks for the feedback Skithepow! Open Bets have always been available on the app for all players, however open bets do default to display only bets placed during the last 72 hours. We are changing to display the last 7 days. Promotions are clearly displayed but we continue to listen to customer feedback and improve our service. There are large national sportsbook brands who have worked out the kinks in other legal states, we are a local Colorado business trying to compete with them.

Beware

Trying to withdraw my initial deposit (because the lines are juiced way beyond being competitive with other books), and the only options are to sign up for more services to get a cash out. The support feature in the app doesn’t work either. Hoping to get this resolved from my home PC. Bad book, bad app.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we believe we offer lines and odds competitive, and often better, with most regulated Colorado sportsbooks. Unfortunately we are restricted in terms of which payment methods also accept withdrawals, but we have never held back a withdrawal which was via an authorized method.
