Description
The Karius iOS app is available for clinicians who use the Karius Test as part of their diagnostic workup for hospitalized patients suspected of having an infectious disease. In order to use the app, your hospital needs to have set up an account with Karius. If you are a clinician that needs an account, please contact Karius by email help@kariusdx.com or by phone 866 452 7487.
The app enables you to easily view Karius Test results and stay up-to-date on the status of orders.
Fast access to test results:
Results are available digitally as soon as they are released from our laboratory. You can also easily search through past results.
Quickly contact Karius:
The app enables one-touch access to the Karius team 24/7 via text or call to discuss results or get the status of an order.
Convenient login:
Enable Touch ID or Face ID to quickly and securely sign in.
Notifications:
Receive notifications when the status of an order changes or a result is ready.

Version 2.0
Everything!!! We have redesigned the Karius App to make it easier and faster to use.
We have enhanced our search functionality and optimized viewing of historical orders for your hospital.
When viewing a report PDF, you no longer need to scroll through the fax cover message (you can still see it if you scroll up though), and you can also now download the report PDF to your device. We also have made it easy to switch between orders/results for the same patient.
Finally, all of your settings have been moved to the new account page which you can access via the Account button at the top right of the list of all Orders and Results.
Please note that since the app is all new, you will need to go through the initial app set up screens again to configure notifications and biometric login.
