I installed the software on my iPhone and windows 10 pc but when I tried to play ets2 it didn’t work. So I checked the head tracking for gaming and followed the instructions but when I tried to install open track the windows 10 defender said not to open it. The eye tracking bubble was good

Hi blackshark12220, we are very happy to hear that you like how the eye tracking bubble is working. We appreciate your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you have not used our head tracking because of OpenTrack, which we have no direct affiliation or control over. We are aware of this issue and feel confident that it's mislabeled based on discussions from various internet forums. The consensus appears to be that there is no issue with OpenTrack. It's likely happening because OpenTrack developers may not have digitally signed files with a reputable certificate or done extended validation (EV) code signing.
As long downloaded as you download OpenTrack directly from https://github.com/opentrack/opentrack/releases, you should feel comfortable using it with Eyeware Beam for head tracking in PC games. Please reach out to us at email@example.com if you would like additional support.
Overall the program was great I used it quite a bit for Minecraft but I did never get the eye tracking to work but I was fine with it. The actual eye tracking might could be better but the head tracking worked just fine. I was using open track though and maybe it just never supported the eye tracking. Anyway I would also like to see the option to set it up on a different monitor. But overall it worked great

Hey edrb game tester, glad to hear that you like how the head tracking works. Indeed, you are right, Open Track is not made for facilitating/integrating eye tracking. For turning eye tracking on, you just need to head on over to the tray menu icon of Beam, open the app, and you will see there is a toggle for turning the gaze bubble on or off. Hope this helps! Otherwise, please feel free to reach out anytime you need to firstname.lastname@example.org ,our discord server here https://discord.com/invite/7ZKB8tm or on any of the other social media platforms we're on. Rock on!
Works great, few flaws but again still in beta
This software works great, the ui is very simple yet professional. Few things that bother me though, USB connection hasn’t yet worked for me, and it would also be great if you could use your own webcam but with the same software on PC.

Thanks for the review and your constructive feedback about the app and desire for webcam compatibility.
The most likely reason you are unable to get the USB connection to work is because you may not have downloaded the iTunes for Windows on your computer.
Please email Help@eyeware.tech if you already have iTunes for your PC so we can help you troubleshoot the connection.
