Connection is faulty
I keep getting black screen on the claw games I play and every time I do something in the game it just freezes in buffering. It’s as if the internet network you need to use is military grade to keep it stable. The games are good but if the connection doesn’t work then the whole system with it falls down like a pack of cards.
Free shipping
Overall, personally my favorite crane game app. My third prize is being shipped soon. All prizes were won with free tickets. The shipping is free, etc. Extra free tickets if you've spent at least $10 in the past, blah blah... That's not to say Clawtopia isnt without its flaws. If your net stream isn't ok, the lag is infuriating. Some machines are expertly designed to feel easy, but in reality take 20+ tries before a person gets the prize in the exact perfect spot, or just get lucky. I'm just good.
Slow shipping
They state on their website that is will ship in 4-7 weeks but it’s been 7 weeks and has not moved. When asking about it I was told it will be 2-3 months. :/
I asked them to update their FAQ page to reflect that and the answer I got was it was because of Covid. Covid hasn’t stopped shipping in months I don’t know why they are still using that as a crutch.
Also I won two items and because I’d the way their app is set up I couldn’t tell if I had them shipped or not and ended up losing out on them because it hit two weeks of winning them.
