Let’s breathe

Excellent app. Easy to use. The variety and changes as you progress is well done. Two snags: I keep getting the sign up and pay advertising even though I paid. I would like to know when you exhale or inhale it it’s long or short breath, etc before I start breathing. However, maybe that’s not supposed to be like that.

I only just started using this app but it’s immediately effective. I really enjoy/appreciate the visuals and the instruction is simple to follow. Helped me calm down for sleep last night and helped me wake up and feel energized this morning.

Useful for my breathing and has great UX/UI

I got this app to try NSDR and box breathing. So far it’s been great. You can also set reminders to practice every day so that’s helpful, however I prefer to just do it every day when I wake up so that it feels more natural.
