App with very good information and potential
The app is a relatively new addition to data driven options in the real state market in Puerto Rico. It is easy to use and to obtain information about property values where you live. It will be extremely useful as more data on sales gets incorporated into the dataset. Support has been very good when bugs or issues were found. Looking forward to further improvements and functionality.

Potential
The app has potential to support a segmented market which is in need for the data. I enjoyed the approach between browser and app. The podcasts have been great to envision the opportunity of value they can drive with the app.
The tool that’s super needed in PR
I’ve done real estate for a few years now. No other app provides accurate comparables like Urbital. There’s is simply nothing available in the market right now. I have my own systems to track data from various websites, but Urbital takes it to the next level.
