I highly commend to the team behind developing of the mobile app. Such a friendly user mobile app.
Blade Customer Service terrible!
I started off staking 10k of hbar. Worked well. I added 27k more and it worked for about a month. After that, when I tried collecting my rewards it was sending my rewards to a different address. When I tried unstaking my hbar it was giving a error of my time and date were wrong. I sent all of this proof along with pics of everything…. No help or correspondence for a week. Then, they email me saying the ticket was closed. So, proceed if you want to. But don’t expect ANY help from their customer service.
Very clean wallet
Blade has everything you need in a web3 wallet. It is my go to for wallets on hedera because it’s extremely fast and very user friendly
