Description

Looking for a Forza tuning calculator but not sure where to start? See how easy it is to make your cars handle better in Forza Horizon 5 and earlier.

This version of ForzaTune includes:
- Intelligent street/track base tune formulas for Forza Motorsport and Horizon games
- Quick way to adjust overall balance and stiffness
- Support for different units (lbs or kg, etc.)
- Fast, streamlined interface so you can spend more time driving

This ForzaTune version is minimal and focused like your favorite lightweight sports cars. But don't let its simplicity fool you. It does a lot of work behind the scenes to make an excellent base tune.

If you like ForzaTune be sure to check out ForzaTune Pro, available separately and tailored to Forza Horizon 5 and earlier titles. It lets you tune for specific cars, tracks, gears, drift, drag, rally and more...making better tunes even faster.

Whichever you choose you'll be well on your way to better lap times and a more satisfying drive.

ForzaTune does not have third-party ads, in-app purchases, account sign-ups, or annoying time limits. You can make unlimited base tunes for the street or track as soon as you download it.

FAQs

Q: Which games does this support?
A: Any Forza Motorsport title or Forza Horizon 2 and later. Vehicles will typically need race suspension, anti-roll bars, brakes and differentials. In some cases, cars are stock adjustable and you should *not* install a rally suspension. You will also get better results without stability management (STM) and other assists.

Q: How does it work?
A: Enter weight, weight distribution, performance index, and drive type. Hit "Next" to see your results. Copy those results to the tuning menu in Forza. Drive and enjoy! If you would like to change the feel of a car the tune adjustment option makes that easy too. It's also a great way to learn how settings affect handling.

Q: What is the difference between free and pro versions?
A: The free version creates base tunes using several assumptions and typically requires you to make a few balance or stiffness adjustments for best results. The pro version uses a more realistic model of each car to create tunes that require less fine-tuning.

The free version lets you make tunes for the street or a generic track. And the pro version lets you make all kinds of on and off-road tunes including rally, drift and more along with gearing.

Take ForzaTune for a spin and see how easy it is to make your own tunes.

EZTuning Experience

This app is great for a ‘BASE’ tune, if you already have a vehicle that is well tuned, do not use this app expecting it to give better conditions relative to your current tune(just keep tweaking friends). I use pro; the gearing tuner is pretty clutch(no pun intended) and having a specific setting to give each tune a generalized ‘oversteer/understeer’ gauge makes this app very nice for any new car your building/tuning. I highly recommend if your a tuning newbie and need a great place to start tuning your car(s).

PLEASE UPDATE FOR HORIZON 5!!! An official patch notes describing newer changes to match Horizon 5’s newer suspension mechanics would be very useful! Please keep updating the app, i like using it very much.

Good app.

It's really good for getting a baseline tune, but like it says, you need to fine tune it yourself to really get the full potential of your car. Plus it only works well with cars that have full suspension, transmission, differential, etc. So that they are able to be adjusted. And not many of your standard B class and lower cars will beable to have all these upgrades and still have room for raw performance. So its great for A class and up! Either way its a pretty cool app. I recommend it.

Car selection?

It would be much more worth the buy (even charge more because I love the app) if there was some sort of car selector. Would it be so hard to have all the info we have to enter pre-loaded into the app? Select make/model/kind of engine then BOOM! Optimized tuning and gearing in a snap. No need to worry about different info because you would just cover fully optimized lists. So just carry the same manual entry option for those who aren't running their vehicle in it's top PI.
