Win millions of dollars and be the first to take down baseball’s toughest streak from your iPhone with MLB Beat the Streak®. The concept is simple: pick one or two MLB players who you think will get a hit each day, make correct picks for 57 straight games to beat the all-time hitting streak record of 56 games and the grand prize could be yours. Should either of your players go hitless, your streak will start all over. The game is free and takes only 15 seconds a day to play.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Must be a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada (excl. Quebec) & 21+ years of age. Ends following the conclusion of the final game of 2021 MLB regular season. The US$5,600,000 prize is subject to applicable taxes & awarded as winner's choice of 30-yr annuity of US$186,667 per year without interest or lump sum payment of the estimated present value of the prize, which as of February 25, 2021, equals US$4,245,306.17. If no eligible participant achieves a 57-game hitting streak, the US$5,600,000 prize will not be awarded. In no event will more than one (1) US$5,600,000 prize be awarded. Void in Quebec & where prohibited. See Official Rules, which govern, for complete details: https://www.mlb.com/apps/beat-the-streak/official-rules

PLEASE bring back the “Groups” option!! It is not nearly as good of an app when you can’t play along with your friends and engage in friendly competition. Currently you CAN’T EVEN search for your friends to see how they’re doing, you can only see the overall Leaderboard and your own stats. I love BTS when I can play along with family and friends and will raise my Star review rating once it’s brought back! I can’t imagine why the Groups feature was removed in the first place.

Very flawed app for 2021

Here we go again with the major flaws in this app. Today is Opening Day for 2021, when all teams are playing except for one rainout. When you try to select from All Players, only 14 of the 30 teams show up! So if the player you are trying to select is on one of the 16 missing teams, you are out of luck. Also, when I try to use Custom/Top of Order, many players are missing. It’s supposed to be players batting in the 1-2-3 spots but many who ARE listed bat 4th . These developers had all off season to get this app right but apparently they only made it worse. For a game with millions of dollars on the line this is ridiculous.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your interest! The Beat The Streak app was inactive during the offseason, but the game is now available for the 2021 season. Please feel free to log in and make selections and if you experience any further difficulty, email us at bts@mlb.com.

Unable to load picks???

I was super excited to start playing again as today is OPENING DAY(!!!) As I log in and attempt to make my pick for the day, I get an error message saying “unable to load picks”. Nothing even shows, it is just a blank screen with this error message. I have deleted and re downloaded and still the same thing. What a joke. They have the audacity to send me marketing emails about beat the streak and opening day, and I can’t even play because their app is broken. Guess I won’t waste my time...

Developer Response ,

Sorry to hear that! If you continue to experience difficulties, please email us at bts@mlb.com and we will be happy to assist you.
