One word, AWESOME!
A couple of years ago, it was a standard practice of mine to simply throw ALL of my monthly receipts, bank & credit card statements and anything else work related for any given month, into an envelope, then into a box to mail to my CPA to prepare my taxes. Not only would this cost me an arm and a leg, but my CPA kept scolding me, telling me it was time to get a bookkeeper (my business has nearly tripled every year since my CPA first started preparing my financial in 2007).
After a few bad experiences with a couple of different people who claimed to be bookkeepers (book keepers is more like it, seeing as they seemed to procrastinate and just keep my records without much work done monthly). Then I found Indinero, and ever since my life has been much more organized. I'm able to make REAL TIME business decisions without having to wonder if I had some outstanding checks that haven't cleared before I buy a couple new cars for my business etc.
I wish I had indinero years ago, I would have saved THOUSANDS in fees from my CPA and I would have been able to grow my business much larger than I did, given that I was always having to guess my financial condition to make any of the real time decisions I faced. My life is just easier now, I love being informed!
InDinero adds Receipt Cam...shoe boxes obsolete?
Crisp visuals and nice drill down, combined with easy categorization, allow you to manage finances nicely on the mobile platform. You can add bank accounts, and the Receipt Cam feature will continue to shrink the piles of paper receipts and provide digital audit capability. Next dinner will be categorized before I leave the restaurant.
Super easy to track my bank account balances and to see my company's cash flow over time.
