Love the app it’s convenient but…

But my issue is that I pay my rent through another account and it would help a lot if I didn’t have to find a time to rush to a bank with my work schedule it’s very challenging. And my landlord has given us his account number for deposits…. There should be a way to type in an account number if they use the same bank… maybe I don’t understand what all goes into it… not only that but I often have issues with it being under maintenance and not taking money out for days after over-drafting an account that is not supposed to be able to be over drafted.. it isn’t all bad convenience is important and having all my info in semi-real time is awesome.

We LOVE the FFB App

Since you all have updated the app, it is so easy to use and maneuver. We absolutely LOVE it! I can’t wait til you get all the kinks worked out of the ‘Panoramic’ feature you are trying to provide. Ours will work for one or two logins and then the feature is locked and unable to use for a day or two, we have to reload our Credit Union information and start all over again. However, when we can see it, it’s very convenient! Thank you FFB for always thinking of the customers.

App Diagnostics

The issue that I have tried to resolve multiple times with several different people has not even begun to be corrected. The order that items post to your account is a scheme for the bank to make more money off of overdraft fees.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about look at your account details or try to follow this example. If you have five different transactions that all post at the same time (you have the funds available for these purchases). You then decide you need cash so you take a little bit out, which will now overdraw your account by a few dollars. The bank will not only charge you a single overdraft item charge, they will now proceed to allow these charges to be “pending” on your account and will charge you six different overdraft fees because ATM transactions are pulled out first no matter what. ( This now makes the original 5 purchases all in the negative!)

Other items are also pulled off first, so I gave that example to say this. Either fix your coding or your software-which ever is screwed up.

I’ve paid enough fees- I’m about to switch banks after being sold twice (more policy changes) and a decade of loyalty.

ATM withdrawals, checks, and ACH debits do take precedence over Point-of-Sale transactions and post first. We would love the opportunity to speak with you about your experience.
