With Zoho Assist, technicians can initiate a remote support or unattended access session when needed. They can assist customers and resolve any issues or install updates during an ongoing support session.

This remote PC access software has an array of features, such as power options, screen sharing, scheduled sessions, text chat, multi-monitor navigation, and more.

Power options allow you to log off, reboot, or shut down remote computers when needed.

Screen sharing enables you to share your screen with customers in scenarios where you have to provide a demo or share any information only available on the local computer.

Remote support sessions can also be scheduled by specifying the designated time, date, and other related details.

Technicians and customers can communicate during an active remote support sessions via the text chat available in their respective toolbars.

With the multi-monitor navigation feature, technicians can access and control multiple monitors that are connected to the remote computer during a support session.

The file transfer option enables the sending and receiving of files between the technician and customer during remote sessions.

We also offer multiple iOS-centric features such as Siri shortcuts, widgets, app lock, dark and light mode support.

Works great!

Recently started using this as a replacement for TeamViewer (free edition). I do alot of remote support and I was looking for a free solution with minimal effort to get running. I looked into several free alternatives that could do unattended and remote support but I needed something that could get setup in restricted networks only ssl and http open. I couldn't find a free solution that I didn't need to open ports or setup some sort of reverse proxy. I then looked for paid solutions and found many that cost a fair amount but they worked then I found Zoho assist not only did it do what I wanted but had a free version and even the payfor version didn't break the bank!

We are currently using the Remote support app and social media platform for our computer support business. Must say, I’m beyond impressed. In a day and age where a business scalability is vital to its success, Zoho comes through. Zohos Pricing and customer Support are unmatched and the options seem never ending. I’m super excited to see how the future of our business looks as we grow with the use of other Zoho apps!

Useless

Zoho Assist (normal non-phone app) is growing on my since I was forced to stop hiding GoToAssist. Was excited to hear there was a phone app for agents. Tried it out testing into my own computer...

1) connects quickly
2) the mouse, click control demo is unintelligible. It asks if you understand. I select No thinking it would give me a move advanced demo. Nope just jumps into session... why ask then?
3) so I figured out the touchpad feature is the only option, otherwise your finger covers where you are pointing and when the screen is so small, accuracy is critical.
4) so I figure this is only good for monitoring my laptop. For example, I have this project where a program is running all night. Great! I can use this app to check in every half hour to see if it finished or crashed... no go.
5) if you minimize the app (for any reason), it disconnects you from the session. So far, after it does that, I’ve not been able to restart the session.
6) sometimes it says it’s waiting for the client to approve... but it’s not. I am on my laptop and there are no prompts etc.

So in short, good alpha test app. Let me know when beta testing starts.

If you choose the "No" option, we will show the demo every time you connect to a new session. We will change the pop-up in our upcoming updates.

We support both Touchpad and Trackpad in our app. To change to Trackpad, go to Session - Preferences - > choose the Trackpad option.

This is Apple's OS behavior. It will automatically clear the session after five minutes in the background. To join the same session, you can go to Home screen -> Session -> Session list -> tap on the "join" button.
