Good for Antivirus and Website filtering, but not much else.

Setup is easy, the app is slick, the antivirus and site filtering works to an extent (I am not a hacker or antivirus app reviewer, and have not thrown viruses, etc at it to test it. This is more of a complaint/feature request than a complete review.Their Feedback button led me here...My main issue is with the Box's logs. It provides basic logs of what it blocks antivirus-wise, but no actual network logs to use for troubleshooting network issues. As an example, the network is running super slow for wireless. I have to work around the Box, using other devices, etc..., to determine if it causing the issue or something else. For a basic Plug N' Play router it is OK, but adding it to a home network with other networking devices, it lacks in transparency.

Thank for developing your app but I do u nderstand how your apps will protected you . One people you decided to download Bidefender you must purchase apps cause am not a tech expert but all app work with each other not on app is left behind . Oh please once you have detected a suspicious element in my iPhone cause I have you company full permission to monitor my children’s activity-within the parental app pls notified me cause am tired of factory resetting my iPhone and loading hundreds of purchasing. I recommend HiGGhly the app god know am not lying

Has the poorest and saddest device allocation, esp. when you have multiple subscriptions. When I purchased the new subscription, I thought it would be like other apps where it’ll only be in effect once current subscription expires but of course I was wrong. Bitdefender instantly activated my new subscription on completion of purchase and yet has absolutely no option to reallocate my current devices from the old subscription to the new. It only gives a link to install the same app when I go to the new subscription management page. So I followed its only instructions, dl’ed, opened dl to install and NOTHING. I would suggest they take a look at other apps like Malwarebytes and learn how to allow users to allocate devices to specific subscription keys! Very disappointing downside of the Central app for a reliable name like Bitdefender! :/

Recently Bitdefender blocked a malware that would of freeze my laptop and stolen my photos and information. This was the same link I later found out that a not so lucky friend got into using another antivirus. Thank you Bitdefender for providing years of protection in my technology online life and for saving me from that malware headache.
Bitdefender is the best you can install in your electronic devices.
