Terrible Interface! Has anyone who picked this App ever tried it? You were ‘sold’ on false pretenses! Ive had to create multiple log-ins because it doesn’t recognize my saved pwd, now I can’t even get back to the spot to select Town and cannot see any beaches! Terrible move for Gloucester to suggest this App!!

I heard they were using this in Canmore and Banff. I downloaded ahead of time and created my account went to use it at a parking lot and went in circles. It was asking for credit card information over and over again. I tried to enter the city and nothing came up except a bit of map at the bottom on the screen. This went of for 20 minutes. We were about to leave when I noticed we only had to pay until 8pm and it was 7:45. We hoped they wouldn’t tow us for 15 minutes. When we got back to the parking lot someone else was having the same miserable experience. I advised them that they didn’t have to pay as it was after 8 pm. Frustrating. I’m not sure it’s worth seeing the towns now.

Tried to reserve parking. Still unclear if it was successful because I was charged $1 but got no email confirmation, there is no history of purchase or reservation shown on the app, and I have not heard back from customer support (it’s been 24 hours). There is very little information, such as “my reservations” on the app. Perhaps that information could be found under “history” but I have no idea because, even though I put in my card info and was charged $1… I have no history. I thought my reservation didn’t go through (since I didn’t get an email confirmation like it says you will) so I tried again and the same thing happened. I swear to god if I get charged twice…

I tried to use this app in Banff and Canmore, Canada (both cities say to use it), but opening the app and logging in, it only shows 5 USA cities with no way to enter any other US or Canadian cities. So the app is worthless. And if you try to log into the web app, it crashes with “The requested anti-forgery form field is not present” (I’ve tried many times). Only way to actually pay for parking through the Blinkay system is to use the web app as a guest, in which case you have to reenter your credit card information every time you make a payment. How did they ever manage to sell their services to any city?! This app is the worst parking app I’ve ever used, and I’ve used many.
