Great Program, Couple Suggestions

I like the App but it would be nice to see an Apple watch interface. Otherwise I have to take my expensive phone with me all over the weight room and the chance of dropping weights on it or someone stepping on it accidentally for example may be low but over many 75 minute workouts, I’m afraid that it is bound to happen.

Also would like to see an “screen always on” feature or “screen on for one minute feature” that would override my phones default 30 seconds auto lock.

Strava and Apple Health integration would be amazing as well.

Grossly grossly overpriced piece of junk

If you are a personal trainer looking for a software solution for your clients, PLEASE look elsewhere. I am now stuck with this thing because it’s what my trainer uses but I absolutely hate it. First, $20 a month for what? A training log? I used to get a completed form with exercises from my trainer and I didn’t have to pay for it. Now I get an annoying app that I can’t even write my reps or notes in. I can only tick a box. If you are the kind of person who wants to obsessively track how you’re feeling and hydration and exertion levels bla bla(which is better done in myfitnesspal anyway, and just tick a box mind you) you might like this. Another plus is that it can hold videos of exercises which your trainer uploads. Major downsides other than stupid price is you cannot interrupt a workout. Gotta finish what you started or the app will make life difficult for you. Even worse, the dashboard my trainer gets doesn’t even show how much of the program I completed - she just sees that I opened it that day. Piece of junk not likely to survive in next few years I’d say.

Disappointing customer service

I had really high hopes for this since I am a former competitive athlete and I used core performance back in the day. After they switched to Bridge was excited to try them. I gave them my information and gym equipment I had access to and they built the program. In the initial phases it was mostly body weight stuff and it was fine albeit elementary but I figured it was a ramp up program. I soon discovered that they completely disregarded my input and had equipment that I didn’t not have access to and there is no way to substitute or alter the program from the app or the website. I contacted support several times by email and through social media and they promised to fix it but never did. Really disappointed.
