Happy New Year! In this minor release, we have implemented several fixes to resolve issues where some users were unable to adjust the temperature settings properly. Our team is also diligently working to restore the scheduling and comfort profile features in our next upcoming release.

Added Fan Mode. Resolved design bugs with Celsius and Large font. Added link to password reset on log in screen. Made update banner dismissible. More changes coming soon, in the new year.

We have resolved the application issues related to the iOS 18 update. The user experience has been updated to a more modern look and feel with basic functionality restored. Additional functionality coming in the new year.

Fixes launch issue with the application

Energy Savings Event capabilities: Your Bryant® Housewise™ now has the ability to participate in peak time energy savings events when you enroll in a Demand Response program with your utility. Before the event starts, you will see an alert that notifies you about it and once it starts, you will see “EVENT” on the home screen and have the ability to opt-out if you are uncomfortable. Note: If you are not enrolled in a program, you won’t see these events. Eligibility of your thermostat will depend on the utility program’s terms and conditions. General bug fixes.

Smart Home/Away modes: If your Bryant® Housewise™ senses you are home during your scheduled Away period, or away during your scheduled Home period, it will automatically override your schedule to maximize comfort and savings. This functionality is supported only for HomeKit-enabled Bryant® Housewise™ devices. HomeKit enabled devices (model #: T6-WEM01-A) have a “Works with Apple HomeKit” label on the thermostat package and have been shipped from 2017 onwards. General bug fixes.
