Campus Circles is a photography application designed for educational institutions and organizations. It allows users to collect and organize photos within groups privately, ensuring privacy and oversight of group content. This app is particularly useful for school clubs, classroom activities, and when groups of students travel to events, as faculty and students can confidently capture moments in time.
Collection: Once in the app, registered users can select the locale to add photos and videos using our camera or upload from their gallery.
Oversight: The owners of the application have the ability to oversee all content, photographs, and videos that have been collected. They can review the content and either approve it for use by their users or delete it. All pictures and videos that are captured or uploaded within the app are tagged with user details, which allows the application owners to identify, sort, and filter content by each individual user. Only users who have been invited to the application are able to add photos and videos to the organization's account.
Sorting or Organizing: Before allowing users to add their photos and videos, account owners can create specific locations and assign users to these locations. This enables users to select where they want their content uploaded. At the end of the year, or at any time, app owners can easily view, edit, and share the content without having to search through a combined library. This organizational structure makes it much easier to manage the content and keep everything organized.
