Quantum Pay Reader support

Enabled the "Choose Code" button for Meal Plans

Corrected issue where Offline meal plan transactions would be lost if Verification was required. Reader is no longer automatically brought online after offline transactions are posted unless connected user has the required privilege.

Fixed payment amount not appearing when using the verification screen.

"Choose Code" button now always appears when multiple codes are available.

Resolved issue that could prevent an informational message from being displayed when offline operation is enabled and a transaction could not be completed because of an unreachable server.

Extended support for iPads. Screen orientation and scaling are now optimized on iPad. Added support for iOS9.

Added support for the Grabba model S-9003-SE. Connect the device to the Grabba reader via the lightning connector then choose "Grabba" from the reader selection on the Settings view. This model Grabba supports iPhone 5, iPhone 5S and the 5th generation iPod touch. Added support for an option which controls whether or not a single card can complete multiple back-to-back transactions. This option is configured by the CS Gold system administrator.

Mobile Reader now supports the UniMag Pro magstripe reader. The app is now capable of reading magstripe track 3. This requires a reader which supports track 3 such as the UniMag Pro.

Deauthorizing a device causes the device to no longer count against the CS Gold Mobile Reader license count for the institution. To deauthorize a device, open the Settings screen and tap the "Revoke my credentials" button. Mobile Reader now supports adding comments to transactions. Corrected an issue causing performance degradation after a large number of swipes (e.g. 1000). Addressed an iOS 7 related issue with iOS device going to sleep while the user was swiping using an external reader.
