The Celayix Team Xpress App features a number of capabilities, including availability submission, self-scheduling, shift confirmation, clock-in/out, safety check, time-off requests, and more for your scheduling and time tracking needs.

Team members can view and confirm their schedules, as well as receive and acknowledge any shift changes.

Team members can clock-in/out of shifts, record meal breaks and perform safety checks directly from the app, avoiding a dedicated time capture device at every location. The result is precise time capture and compliance record, all delivered to supervisors in real time, notifying them of late arrivals and missed shifts.

Mobile or field team members can keep track of time spent on projects or customers right on their mobile device and deliver their tracked hours to supervisors in real time for accurate payroll and billing.

Team members can submit and communicate their availability to supervisors. This reduces the amount of time spent creating schedules. In cases of missed shifts, supervisors can also use the availability module to quickly find replacements without spending hours calling around.

Team members can submit Time Off requests for supervisor review and approval with decisions communicated back through the app.

Communicate in real time through in-app messaging, eliminating the need to use other methods such as email, text, or phone.

Can’t see the location of upcoming shifts

I don’t use the app for much other than checking in/out of work. Before the update, I would be able to see the location where I’d be working on my schedule. After the update all I can see is when I’m working, but not where. It’s terrible, please change it back to how it was.

Okay for what it’s supposed to do

The app itself is a great concept and a wonderful tool for seeing upcoming shifts, but from a technical standpoint it’s very very clunky and falls a bit short. The location services for checking in are simply absurd as you walk around the designated area trying to find the one spot that registers that you are in fact, at the place you work. Enabling location services so that you are in the area without having to check in might be a simple way to relieve this problem as it’s fairly comical to see half a dozen people wandering up and down the area.

Visually, it’s very simple and not much to look at, but it gets the job done; I enjoy that it lets you have different viewpoints on your upcoming schedule. There is a bit of a learning curve to the app itself which I could see as being a struggle, but you can make some features such as notifications and reminders semi-personalized which is nice. It tracks your time and call outs nicely as well as confirming the accuracy of what it logged. Three stars for practicality and well compiled info, but not five because of execution, mediocre visuals and hit or miss user experience.

Thank you for your feedback, we really do value it. One of the issues that can arise with location services is if your administrator makes the radius too small. We strongly recommend bringing these sorts of concerns to your employer because they will be the only ones who can mitigate the issue.

Been using it for years

Been using this app for clocking in and out for years I'm having the same glitches and bugs for way to long now either it says I'm not at the right location even though I’m standing in the middle of the property. Or it says I clocked in and then I get a call from a supervisor saying I didn’t. When I call dispatch they are just not surprised at this point they know this app has issues. I hope what ever job I have in the future doesn’t use this god awful app. There’s even more glitches and bugs to speak of but at this point I don’t expect them to get fixed so I feel like it’s useless to talk about it any further. The weird part is it does say it’s being updated regularly but I'm not seeing any differences in glitches or bugs or performance. So I’ve lost hope for it.
