Having tried a few Timer apps, Countdown Timer Gadget has taken it’s place as my go-to timer. A straightforward, attractive interface allows for immediate use. I’ve been surprised at how many dumb, incomprehensible designs for such a simple function have appeared on the market.

I bought this with the need to show “seconds” counting down. This will show 00:00 (hours and minutes). Ineffective for my needs but a great countdown timer for everyday needs. Keep up the good work!

The design of the app is nice. It's a good first effort for version 1.0. There are some things that would be nice to include in future versions like the ability to save timer durations as defined amounts of time for repeated use. Also, a button to restart the same countdown would be nice instead of having to reset the amount of time over and over again. These two things would make it a lot more functional for me. On the esthetic side of things, it would be nice to have a large and a small interface. But all in all, the app functions as advertised and it looks nice.

It's an OK app, I suppose, though I have no use for it. I had emailed the developer and asked if the app would be able to play a specific song in iTunes. He replied back very quickly. He informed me that irt would, so I purchased the app. Unfortunately, it does not. $1.99 down the drain
