I hadn’t lived in an apartment complex, nor used a public laundry in a while. Considering my area of living I was surprised to see how convenient it is to not have to carry cash. The app allows you to set up an account and add form of payment from apple wallet, debit and of course you still may use coins at the location. The dryers work great, I don’t have to add more nor overheat my laundry. The dryer timer at my complex is spot on, the washers are unfortunately 25 mins behind. The negative for me, not being able to reach out to customer service and knowing my issues would be addressed or seen. Today, I tried to update my phone number and I created a new account subsequently. The help section was not helpful. I tried 2 log in with my email and I’m assuming another new account. I tried to log in my old account with my new number that I figured how to change and my new account populated which I expected. I had to unfortunately, add money to the new account after to complete my laundry. We have a washer down and dryer on its way to being down to. People have no respect nor care about property that belongs to others. 4 washers in a complex & lack of home training will ruin good products. I hope to retrieve my funds and accounts merged or deleted after monies have been placed

Washing and dryer Machines don’t start and they don’t issue multiple refunds meaning if you get one of there non functioning machines twice they will only refund one transaction at a time if that. You have to submit a request to refund and that takes up to 14 days and they never give you your refund. They don’t send an email stating it was denied. So basically you need to wait 14 days and if you don’t see any refund then that means that they denied it they don’t need to send you anything. They just need to sit back and not respond. This company that runs this application taught me in America. You just need to have a system that doesn’t work take peoples money and not be able to get a hold of a live person and everything will work out just fine When they send a technician to service the machines they know that they don’t work in their excuse is well it’s a user problem. It’s not a mechanical problem so nothing gets done about it and I’m sorry it’s not your appliance that’s not working it’s you that doesn’t know how to use a dryer or a washer (which we were all taught at young age how to operate these machines so that’s just blatant disrespect)

My apartment complex has been using this app for approximately two years now - give or take. And while it’s great not having to worry about getting and carrying around loads of quarters it has taken money for loads of laundry I never got to clean. Just be aware that if there is a technical issues to the washer or dryer like the washer would drain or the dryer didn’t actually dry your clothes (different occasions) then the complex will say you have to reach out to the app for the refund because they can’t issue it but the app will refuse the refund because it wasn’t an app error.In addition, the app just now charged me 3x for the same washing machine because the app got stuck in “processing” when scanning, paying, the starting the machine. I put in a request for that but the only option it lets me choose is the machine won’t start and for only one charge at a time, and you can only have one service request at a time - so whether they refund me the two over charges remains to be seen. This app has essential charged me 5-6 loads of laundry now that I never got to use. Two of which I may still get back, just not today.The idea of this app is a nice but it’s like they didn’t factor in the moments and reasons it wouldn’t work so the customers who actually use it can’t easily reach out to immediately get a correction as immediately as they take your money - even for a service you don’t receive.

I always wash and dry 2 loads at a time. This time there was a delay with the payment on dryer 32 and I noticed my balance was way off so I look under the transaction history and sure enough I was charged 3 extra times for one drying cycle. I requested a refund however the only option under “reason for refund” is machine failed to start. It starts just fine, it just stole my money. I select it anyways and I comment that the dryer tripled charged me. I wait for a least a week and only received a refund of $1.75 towards a separate charge which was a washer that did fail to start.You’re prompted to select the transaction for which you need a refund however you can’t select more than one like in my case 3 charges of $1.75. Once you select a machine for a refund your request is under review leaving you unable to select other machines if needed. Now a week later I can still view the 3 dry cycles that took my money in my history however these transactions are no longer visible to select under the request a refund tab so I guess I’m screwed out of $5.25. I usually put $20-$30 into this app but after this experience I’m only going to be putting no more than $10 at a time because I don’t trust their machines and their refund system is not user friendly. It’s just $5.25 but it’s the principle of the matter that makes me mad. I told them I was triple charged and nothing was done except keeping me unable to keep requesting refunds.
