Needs some improvements

My two chief complaints with the iPhone mobile app are as follows:

1) I’m not able to view entire emails. They’re cut off at the bottom and on the right-hand side of the screen.

2) Functionality could be improved with a delete message feature on the screen where you view a single email, as is featured on the desktop version of the website. It’s kind of tedious having to go back to the main screen each time I want to delete a message.

Good concept, poor execution

Ever since I started using it six months ago, the CTemplar mobile app for iOS has been severely lacking in functionality, usability, and reliability. Currently, the app crashes every time I try to log in, which effectively prevents me from being able to use it at all. In addition, I cannot see any text when viewing or composing E-mails while the app is in 'dark mode'. As there's no way to switch between dark and light modes within the CTemplar app, I have to change my entire iPhone's visual setting to 'light' just to be able to read or write E-mails in CTemplar. The CTemplar desktop client and webmail site don't have this problem.

Overall, the CTemplar iOS app is in dire need of improvement. It's currently almost unusable, but I'm willing to give it a higher rating and more positive review once the aforementioned problems have been solved.

App Is Improving!

Had issues early on. I had rated it a 1-star initially. However, App performance and functionality is improving! Hope to be able to give an even higher rating in the future.
