I love task-managing apps—I use two that I consider top-notch. But whenever something new catches my attention, I have to try it. That’s the case with Planelle… It looks great! Planelle is perhaps the simplest task-managing app I’ve tried. That’s not a negative; to the contrary, it’s a plus. Scheduling tasks is fast, easy, and a joy to do.However, it appears that most new task-managing apps popping up on the App Store lack a very critical feature: badge alerts for today’s and overdue tasks. Sadly, Planelle joins this trend. In my opinion, every task/to-do managing app should have this feature as basic functionality. Also, I would like to see a hint that you have future tasks scheduled in the calendar. This could be in the form of dots with whatever color you choose for your tasks on the day you schedule them for.Lastly, Panelle is young, and I’m sure it will get better with time. My only hope is that it keeps simplicity at its core.

We’ve made Planelle even better: - Day indicators in Monthly View – instantly see which days have tasks. - Simpler task creation – when switching days in the calendar and tapping “+”, the chosen date is automatically pre-selected. - Interactive Widgets – add powerful new widgets to your Home Screen for quick access to tasks and easy tracking without opening the app. Note: If you previously used the small widget, please remove it and add it again after updating, as it’s been completely redesigned. We read every review and constantly work to improve Planelle. Thank you for using Planelle — exciting new features are already on the way!
