Simply log in with your Datto reseller account and view networks you already manage, or setup a new one. For MSPs on the go, the Datto app will make it easy to resolve simple problems from your iPhone and is the perfect complement to the Datto Networking web portal. The app is like using DATTO RMM with a browser. Screens jump all over the place and resize at will. Cmon Kaseya. You can’t even use it to login remotely. Who carries a laptop all around? I miss LogMeIn.

Constantly crashes

I grew tired of this app and deleted it. It would freeze constantly. Closing and reopening after crashing would also prompt me for my login and two factor again. I would spend upwards of 30 minutes trying to get in and work. I turned to my laptop instead of having someone else from my office assist me when troubleshooting network items. My associates had the same problem, so it’s not just me.

Very nice app, it saves a lot of time, instead of going to the website we can just check network status via de app. Nice job Datto, keep adding features.

This app has limited features and the primary problem is that takes forever to load. Makes the app unusable. Better off going to the full website in your mobile browser.
