Good wallet
Purchased due to needing additional wallet for assets not supported by my other wallet. Looking forward to getting the rest of my crypto offline. Overall the wallet is cool. I like the security features. Not so easy to setup as the print is so small and my eyes are not so great. Also the ‘ok’ button was quite sensitive making the seed phrase verification process difficult. I had issues when updating the firmware but tech support was awesome and assisted quickly and communicated clearly. Overall would purchase again.

Ridiculously frustrating and uncalled for
I recently got a crypto like so many people friend of mine said get a hard wallet. I have a hard time with memory and my number and what not and I found this one with the thumbprint and I thought what a God sent. It is the most annoying phone or excuse me apparatus ever it is not only do you have to have a digit to get in but then you have to have a facial recognition and then you have to enter 25 words which I get they don’t want them to be broken into easily, but to type the three little tiny letters, and if you make one up with an incorrect letter, you have to start all over from the beginning and top of it. Maybe it’s me but I can’t get it to download join Wi-Fi or mobile hotspot Bluetooth I just normally don’t do this and I’m sure it’s my fault because I’m not a tacky guy, but the thumbprint was supposed to be for me to not have to remember all these numbers, and I am just frustrated

Great and Secure Wallet, Plain GUI
As a wallet, it’s really great. Basic function send and receive are simple and easy to use.
The reason I give 4 stars is because of the GUI, it looks too plain and the portfolio’s default color can’t be changed.
Another thing that bothers me is not the app, but the biometric wallet itself. It would be really nice if there’s an option to change the order of the wallet. I don’t like scrolling all the way down to find my Litecoin when I don’t really use the other listed coins.
