Mosaic 1.4.2 delivers the following features and improvements: - Custom Radio Find your favorite Internet Radio stations using the station’s URL address. To access this feature, select Radio as the source and select the Custom Radio option within the dCS Mosaic Control app. - Find high quality Internet Radio stations at a glance High quality Internet Radio stations are now labelled as such in the Mosaic app, allowing you to easily identify high quality broadcasts when browsing. - UPnP improvements (MinimServer v2.2 support) Mosaic 1.42 has been tested with Miniminserver v2.2. - Lina Network DAC 2.0 support Access new features included in the Lina Network DAC 2.0 upgrade using the dCS Mosaic Control app. See our Lina Network DAC 2.0 release notes for more information on features included with the upgrade.

Volume dial – Volume adjustment is implemented by a virtual rotary-dial, giving a much more familiar feel constituent with a traditional mechanical volume dial.  Grid view – it is now possible to view search results and libraries in grid view. This enables the user to have a clearer view of album artwork. Search by music service – searches can now be filtered based on the music streaming services and servers that have been configured. This allows for customers to get to the music they love with greater ease Connect to IP address – To assist in diagnosing issues with customer networks where the app is unable to automatically discover dCS streaming devices, we have implemented a “direct connect” feature which, used in conjunction with the IP address of the dCS device obtained from the devices front panel menus and display, allows us to assist in identifying and advising on network issues that are external to the dCS hardware and app but which can cause the customer to have a less than ideal experience.
