I downloaded and bought the basic subscription for this app so that I could look up my own name and try giving myself a background check. Every permutation of my name that I tried, including adding personal information like age and location, brought up nothing relevant. Putting in social media usernames was able to give me a basic synopsis, but nothing matching what the advertisements for this app claimed. I could just be an outlier since I’m not as active online as others might be, but this app doesn’t seem to be able to comb through people’s online presence like it claims.

Let me be clear: Offering a “free trial” which costs money up-front is Deceptive, and will leave a bad taste in the mouth of any shrewd consumer, which isn’t a good way to entice customers; Just because it’s allowed, doesn’t mean that it is good customer service. The nature of a real free trial is such that the customer is able to experience the full version of the app once or twice without having to shell out their hard-earned money, to determine if the app is the right fit for them and if the features of the app are going to solve their particular needs. If your app is good-enough, then it will be able to withstand the scrutiny of a free trial, & will be so useful in its niche that customers won’t hesitate to pay the costs after having the ability to test it for themselves. I refuse to allow a “not-free-trial” to become culturally accepted, as it is a dishonest business practice.

Ok so, I downloaded the app to see if it works and stuff. First thing I see is the pro choice and I’m like nah I might pay for it if it actually works, but when I tried to search up my friend cause that’s the first person thought of the app was like; 𝐧𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐮𝐩. And like most people you don’t want to spend money only for it to not work, and I’m not gonna take that risk so I deleted the app. But I don’t recommend because unless if you want to pay money for something that might not work then DON’T!! Also what is up with how it has a good rating? Because the “5-star reviews” from people?? That say, Great 👍, Nice; but you can tell it’s just the company writing them! They don’t have any explainion of why! End of discussion, DON’T BUY OR GET THE APP!!

Every time type in a name, if any, and it loads, the PRO ACCESS KEEPS POPPING UP, thus it doesn’t do any search at all. It’s not even an exclusive advanced feature, it’s just an AI app. This issue should be fixed. If it doesn’t load and search about that name if any, then it is of no use. The problem is that it keeps popping up the Pro Access, whenever it’s used by some or all users when downloaded, most users are not paying subscribers to Google AI pro and there is no such thing as Google AI PRO. This is a problem because now this app is of no use because of this issue.
