[ Intuitive, User-Friendly Charging ] After signing up for membership, EV drivers can scan the QR code or activate a charger by the app and save themselves from the hassle of paying with a credit card or undergoing tedious authentication steps. EV drivers can also check their charging progress remotely and receive a push notification when charging session is finished, allowing them to use their time more flexibly instead of waiting aimlessly for their car to charge. [ Diverse Payment Mechanisms ] Fast, convenient, and secure contactless payment options are available, such as credit card and mobile payments (e.g., Line Pay). [ Member Account Service ] Members can personalize their account settings to manage favorite chargers, manage invoice receipts, choose payment methods, and view charging history.

Can’t Create New Account to Use Charger

Can’t charge without connecting through the app. Every step of the sign up is broken. Can’t get app to let me create a new account so I can’t charge here

It appears it won’t allow you to create an account without a QR code and where do you get that?! So finally got past that and it asks for phone number. Fine. Invalid format. Tried jar numbers, dashes, parentheses. Nada. What a joke. Out of power and no way to give you money. You are the worst.

1. Added "Auto Charge" for supported charging stations, and updated "My Car" to display the list of Auto Charge. 2. Introduced a "Announcements" section. 3. Users can now update their email address in Member Center. 4. Improved the user interface and fixed known bugs.
