I got this to get a rough estimate of my cards possible grades prior to sending in and to help determine which ones I would send to which company. When I first got it they had centering as one of the graded areas but took it out with a recent update. The app also submitted the same card twice with the exact same picture but graded one an 8 and one a 9.5. Not sure how this happens when the picture is the exact same for both. I also had a card that the centering was off in but got a 9.5 for centering when centering score was displayed. I’m also not a fan of the fact that it pops up errors when I try to scan in a second version of a card I already scanned (this was the same version of the card but a second card) Additionally there is no way to contact support through the app making getting any assistance near none existent. I have high hopes for the app hopefully they can fix the errors.

I actually really like this app overall — the AI grading feels accurate, and I’ve graded a bunch of cards through it already. The design is clean, and the concept is super convenient, especially if you’re a collector who wants quick assessments without mailing cards in.That said, I’m giving it 3 stars mainly because of the price. It’s a little on the high side for a digital service, and I think that could be improved to make it more accessible. Also, the app tends to bug out occasionally. It says grading takes around 30 minutes (a bit longer if they’re busy), but right now it’s been over 3 hours and my cards are still pending. If they fix the wait times and app stability, this could easily be a 5-star app.

Inaccurate and Disrespectful

Downloaded after watching a specific streamer tout how great this app is. Once I did, I found out I had to pay to use the app, which I expected. I downloaded it for a month to determine which cards I was sending to PSA. I ended up taking the 11 best I had and sending them, and cancelled my subscription, assuming I would still be able to access my data from when I was a paid customer. Not only can I not access my data from when I paid for the app, but I now have to pay per month for even the basic part of it, to center cards (even though I can go online and do this for free). Additionally, one of the cards it told me was 9.6/10 (and should come back a PSA 10), with an A for confidence, comes back a PSA 7. If I’m spending $15 a month for AI, I’m expecting accuracy, especially when it takes 3+ hours to analyze my images. Tl;dr: not worth it. Has locked any data in app behind a pay wall, and was not 100% accurate.

Which the search feature is bad because what’s the point of typing the card name/number/set if it just list all the Pokémon’s you typed in. I select my card again. And it went back to the Home Screen. Overall the process took 10-15 minutes and I didn’t get one card graded. I don’t know if it’s littered with bugs or just the ease of usability is horrible. Many improvements need to be made and I don’t know if the audience would wait that long.
