Needs Improvement

Great overall. Would like it to not log me out when I lose internet. Pictures are hard to load and an open. Plus does some weird stuff when pictures are taken sideways on the phone. My biggest need would be ability to assign jobs to my techs without having to schedule them. This would make my life so much better. Plus last iPhone update or app update are not compatible.

Tri County Appliance
Dispatch was introduced to us in late 2015 through AHS that we contract with. We have since been using for all of our customers. It is easy to use and if ever there have been issues their tech support is awesome, quick, friendly, and very helpful. We use to manually enter all work orders bust now several companies that we contract with are also using the program. Merging all of our contracts have run smoothly. They were so nice, helpful and professional on the phone when I called them needing help with some outlets that were loose and the plug ins just fell out . They sent a worker out the next day ! He needed some extra parts, and came back the next day and fixed the outlets just fine and now the stuff I plug in stays in with out falling out! I also had a problem with a fan with a light bulb in my shower as it was making a horrible screeching noise when I turned it on/ it was old and obviously quit working. He removed the device and now I obviously need a new fan with a lightbulb. I can buy the part, but will have to contact you again, to install the new one, since I am very afraid of electricity and being electrocuted!The electrician was prompt and fixed my outlet problem satisfactorily ! Thank you for your excellent prompted and good repair job done!Pamela edwards

I keep trying to upload photos and it says “unable to upload “ “try again later”. I delete the app and redownloaded it multiple times ! Reset my phone , even factory reset it! I am a hvac technician and need to be able to upload photos ! If anyone had this issue and can help . Thanks I’m advanced !
