Mostly Woks, but has issues
Periodically photos won’t upload with error message that the photo can’t be found; however, the same photo uploads via computer to the website without an issue. Also, I don’t like not being able to edit or correct the descriptive text once the photo has been uploaded. Finally, there seems to an arbitrariness in the approval process. Some photos are accepted within hours of being uploaded; others, from the same upload, languish for days without any action. Two photos of the same subject, uploaded at the same time — one may get accepted almost immediately while the other stays pending for a week or more.

Thank you for your review and apologies for the delay of our reply. We have upgraded the review process in the meantime and files should be reviewed much faster now. There is a risk of time differences due to back-end logistics, but should not affect your experience too much. Please let us know if you still experience any problems. Convenient and Much Improved
I’ve been using this app for several years now. They’ve come a long ways in those years with updates. It used to be pretty glitchy and would time out when I tried to upload more than several pics at a time. Those days are virtually gone. I do find from time to time there will be some unusual things but for the most part works great, is much faster than waiting on the desktop and this my image review times seem MUCH faster. It would be nice to eventually see more options on the app but they’re definitely getting there!!!

It’s pretty good but crash’s a lot
I really like this app, but I does crash and it’s usually when I’m uploading photos. I don’t upload that many at a time. Usually between 5-10 so it’s frustrating.
Also, majority of the time it won’t keep my log in info so I keep having to log in with my email address which is very time consuming each time I want to open the app. But other times it’s fine.
I’ve deleted the app and reloaded and it does the same thing.
They review the photos in a timely manner so I do like that. All in all it’s a good app but they really need to work on the crashing factor!
Update.... I changed my review to one star after being on the app awhile.
They constantly refuse my images bc they do not have model releases but I have indeed attached a model release. I have contacted them several times and the answer they gave me was wait for the IOS update. So obviously this isn’t just happening with me. When you contact them they want to just give you cookie cutter answers and it doesn’t work.
They need way better support and the team in not professional
