I wish all of our alcohol vendors used this app. It makes it so easy for the customer. No meed to send posted pricing catalogs, no need to text or call in orders or questions about products. Ordering alcohol and spirits in state of Michigan is not only confusing, it requires you to order from multiple vendors and not every vendor carries the same product depending on which county you’re in, and it requires staff to be on site 4-5 days in a week to accept the deliveries. This app makes everything easier.

If Yuengling is not available why does it keep showing up on my order guide? Also a few times that I’ve ordered and part of my order was not available, I did t get any of my order. I placed an order Tuesday and it’s showing no delivery today for any of it. When I placed order it did the issue listed below….Also when I go to review order to place it, it is showing like a double screen (one on top of the other). Very convenient as opposed to making sure I’m here on the days a vendor is scheduled to come. Although there are a few things that could help so much. The product tabs being a little more divided as to showcase your “all products “ menu. Sometimes I need things but don’t know exactly what and having to go to all products and scroll through the entire inventory is too much sometimes. I’m sure I’d be ordering more if it were more convenient. Also separating the bottle and can options would also help. I’ve accidentally ordered cans a few times.

DSD link is one of the worst apps I use. It is impossible to find product or if I can find the product, I can’t locate the correct package. Information is always out of date or not applicable. Notifications are inaccurate. Orders that are not “routed” disappear into the either. Eagle Rock reps have no visibility into orders and when ever there is a problem, I have to provide them with the order I placed again because they can’t “see” the order. They always have to contact the warehouse just to figure out what I ordered. It is rediculous. I can not stand DSD link.
