Description
With the goal of achieving a genuinely Common European Asylum System (CEAS), the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) launched a mobile app for smartphones and tablets, providing practical support to those on the ground.
The app is the latest initiative in the implementation of Quality Matrix activities, and it is currently available in the English, French, German, Greek, Italian and Spanish language.
The application provides guidance on core obligations of the first-contact officials, the rights of persons in need of international protection and information on applicable procedures. It incorporates the following documents:

EASO Practical Guide: Evidence assessment
EASO Practical Guide: Qualification for international protection
