Event Summaries Email: Subscribe to a daily email summarizing all your chosen events with in-email response capabilities, and contact note creation directly from the email (available to non-RMS users). Push Notifications: Subscribe to push notifications based on events and chosen updates. Trigger Capabilities: You can now set up triggers by member age and create recurring triggers to periodical follow-up reminders. Task Assignment: Assign tasks and re-assign to other users. Event Archiving: Archiving an event will stop all reminders and follow-ups for a specific event.

Better iOS 9 Support CONFEDENTIALITY: Now, when adding a new event or a new note in an existing event, you will have two levels of confidentiality to choose from: - The entire event can be marked confidential, and as such it will not appear in any email or report sent to people without confidentiality clearance. - The event remain public but the details can be marked confidential. For example, if a member is undergoing surgery and you’d like people to know he is having surgery but want to keep specific details confidential. CONTACT LINKS: Now, from every screen you are in, all names will appear as links which, when clicked on, will take you directly to that person’s contact information. This is especially helpful when events for children appear and they have no contact information of their own. It will now be easier to get directly to their parents’ information.

Followups is now called Notes

Users with Touch ID-capable devices can use Touch ID to log in. Note: Touch ID needs to be enabled on your phone before you can activate it within the Chase Mobile app. Touch ID options will not display in the app unless you have set a passcode for your phone.
