Xpress Cash Token Cancellation Issues

I’m experiencing significant difficulties canceling my Xpress Cash token. The system consistently displays an error message stating “we cannot process request.” This is problematic because users should have the ability to cancel tokens if they change their mind, rather than being forced to wait for the token to expire. Since we’re dealing with money, this is a security concern if a token falls into the wrong hands, there’s no way to immediately deactivate it.Xpress account holders should also have easy access to view their account tier, spending limits, and monthly breakdowns. Currently, there’s no clear visibility into these important details. Users need to see their current account tier status, daily and monthly spending limits, real-time tracking of limit usage, and historical spending data.On a positive note, I appreciate the recent addition of airtime and bill payment services. However, both the token cancellation feature and account transparency are essential improvements needed for the platform to be reliable and user-friendly.

I love the bank but they have the worst customer service. They dont solve anythin

Maybe if I wrote this here, you all will see it and fix this. I don't know about anyone else but the time you take to fix things is very appalling. I have been chatting with customer care online and on the mobile app for the past 2 years for a name change they did wrong and not even my fault because I guess one of the employees cannot read a clear picture of my Driver’s license card and decided to spell my name wrong. They spelled it wrong and I have been complaining for the past 2 years but it hasnt been resolved. My name is SARDRICK OWUSU as seen everywhere on your files but my name has been spelled “SHADRICK OWUSU” on the online banking profile. This is ridiculous. Its not my name and I want it changed. Im sorry if its coming out mean, im saying this out of respect. I am just upset because I have been telling customer service for the past 2 years that my name on the online internet is wrong and still hasn’t been fixed. It is either I dont get a response at all or you respond it has been taken care of but I go check and it hasnt been changed. Im sorry but that is very wrong to be battling just for a name change the bank spelled wrongly and wasn’t even my fault

How can I be told to create an account and which I did so I got the mobile app and also the SME app, but I can use none of them to make transfer. How can I be trying to log into my Nickelback mobile app and it is showing me my medical request has being processed. That’s very stupid thing for a bank mobile have to do for three months. I’ve been unable to send money through that. Had to get a card do I have to use my card anytime I want to make money move money from my account. I have to go outside to use my card. I also got the SME app that’s the whole bank system is stupid.If I was finally able to register my mobile app in the SME, I’m unable to make transfer why because it is not letting me set my pin What’s the arrow you are finding in the app hello Ecobank what’s the error. The Bank is just so lame just close up and let everyone remove their money from your banking system. nonsense.Mind you this 1 star I’m giving you is not for you. It’s just so my message can deliver to you.

I have been been going to the bank for the past 10 days to resolve My Ecobank app still is not been done. I have gone there several times. I did not know what to do now I’m going back to the bank again to confirm what is going on and I have to leave the country in less than three days. You guys need to have an IT specialist in your bank not customer service doing the job of an IT I don’t see where people cannot provide an IT specialist in the bank down for letting customer care service consumer to be doing an IT store for consumers of the app is from the bank where you have a problem they can fix I don’t know what is going on in this country Nigeria), that everybody is a boss on his own. You can’t treat people the way they areright now I’m tired of you peoples up is Guy) time to delete it off my phone
