EFIT is a portable personal EMS training system. EFIT uses the technology of EMS (Electric Muscle Stimulation)-A technology which greatly increase the training efficiency, in building muscles, burning additional calories and increase exercising performance. It works by sending low-frequency electric impulses to contract your muscles while you’re working out. EFIT EMS heightens those contractions, intensifying your workout in a way that your body could not on its own. With the help from EMS technology, your muscle will achieves a more complete and effective workouts with shorter training time.
