sumcaは入居者様向けの入居申込(注1)、契約管理(注1)、お得なクーポンや生活情報など、賃貸生活をサポートするアプリです。
入居の申込をアプリで行える「申込画面」(注1)
申込書など手書きで記入していた書類がアプリでスムーズに行う事ができます。
契約情報や契約書をアップロードできる「契約情報画面」
家賃や契約期間、特約など契約情報をアプリで確認できます。
契約書をアップロードすることで、必要な情報へすぐアクセスできます。
室内現況届もアプリでスムーズ「室内現況届機能」(注1)
入居時に室内の傷や汚れをアプリで登録することで退去時の原状回復でのトラブルを防ぐことに繋がります。
快適な生活をサポートする「生活情報」やお得な「クーポン」
入居後の新生活もサポートしたい！ 「生活情報」やお得な「クーポン」は定期的に更新します。
解約手続きもアプリで「解約連絡」
これまでは葉書だった解約通知もアプリで行えます。(注1)
