Mobility on demand in the district of Regensburg has a name: elma. You want to be on the road fully electric, emission-free, digital and completely individual in the western part of the district? No problem, with elma you can conveniently book and pay for your desired ride via app.

The elma fleet brings you flexibly and directly to your destination and, in addition, creates the connection to the next bus stop or train station. This makes the use of public transport even easier and more comfortable.

The elma shuttles run from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the range of the city of Hemau, the market towns of Beratzhausen, Laaber and Nittendorf as well as the communities of Brunn and Deuerling.

REGISTER ONCE IN THE APP AND START DRIVING DIRECTLY
The elma app works very simply: enter the start and destination address in the app, and the app then immediately shows which vehicle will take over the ride, when it will arrive at the meeting point, and how much the ride will cost. Now just book, pay and off you go. Thanks to the routing function of the app, just walk a few meters to the meeting point and follow live in the app where the vehicle is currently located and at the same time know when it will arrive at the meeting point. After boarding, elma takes you directly to your destination or to a virtual stop in the immediate vicinity of the selected destination or to the desired transfer stop to bus and train. If bookings are received on route from other passengers who have a similar destination, they are combined into one trip. After the ride, we'll be happy to receive your feedback directly through the app. 

THIS IS HOW EASY YOU CAN PAY
You pay for the ride directly when you book in the elma app with a credit card deposited during registration or via SEPA direct debit. If you are in possession of a valid RVV ticket (e. g. also season tickets or municipal tickets) and the ""surcharge ticket elma"", no fare will be charged when booking with the elma app. After the one-time registration you can also book rides at any time at the following phone number: Tel. 0800 220220-0. The on-demand transport elma is integrated into the RVV tariff system (https://www.rvv.de/Tickets-Tarife). In addition to the RVV tariff, the ""surcharge ticket elma"" must be purchased at a price of € 3.00 per person and trip.
