Ultra Smooth

Top notch app. I canceled SoloLearn and switched.

One thing I would love to see though, is something like a syntax training room where all you do is build skills with syntax. It’s a weak spot for so many people like myself and having something like that would just knock this app out of the park completely. It seems like the standard is to just explain the syntax a few times with examples which, in my opinion, could be done so much more elegantly.

Great app though!

Confused with the configuration

Before I can even make an account, the form within the app asks me what languages or skills I want to learn. After selecting a language or skill such as Web, Linux, or Java, another menu comes up with five options and I do not understand what I am supposed to be selecting there. The website has no documentation on what the initial configuration options mean either. I did not get to the sign in screen to create a new account.

I am not sure what to rate this app so I gave it 3 stars.

Edit: My issue is not an account issue. I just don’t understand how to configure the app initially for Java programming starting with classes as objects and HTML and CSS starting from the very basics because I do not understand what the options mean. I would understand terms such as Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced when configuring the difficulty initially prior to creating an account.

Definitely check this one out

Definitely a good way to introduce yourself to some new concepts and / or review concepts you may have gotten rusty on.

If you really want to learn from this app, you will have to do some legwork yourself by taking the material and learning to apply it, but it is a fantastic place to get a good hands-on start with things that is far superior to just reading an overview or a blog.
