Ads bait and switch

love game hate ads
So I love this game and the ads kept freezing and crashing the game, I paid for the no ads version for 2.99 and still I have to deal with ads that still freeze the game (that royal match and Candy crush are notorious for crashing the game. To get the extra lane (I’m on level 112), I have to watch an ad, and most of the time I don’t get the extra lane. Instead I get No Ad Available… and have to move guys around and wait five minutes before it will let me watch another ad. On this level I watched three ads and still have not received my extra lane. I like this game but I’m frustrated when it will not move forward. Please fix!

This is a really fun game. I bought the ad free version, but it turns that the ad free applies only between the levels. I’m in the harder levels now, and I don’t always solve the puzzle on the first, second or third attempt. I spend more time watching ads to restart the level or to use the undo feature than I do playing the game. Of all the games I have purchased and played, this one is by far the biggest rip off of all time.

I really love the game, have played it a few weeks and it is frequently my first choice. It is actually a perfect mind relaxing game. However-the ADS! Good grief! I paid for no ads, but there are still ads. It is also glitchy where what you tap is not what selects/moves. That is super frustrating when to start the level over after the game glitches and you have to watch an ad even though you paid for no ads. I actually paid for no ads twice- alone and with a bundle. I was supposed to get an assorted bundle but instead received only islands. Then when it said I had 1 island left (that I paid for!) I had to watch an ad to use it. I am deleting it. It is too frustrating to play. Could really be great so I am very disappointed.

Crashes at higher levels

I actually love this game but I have now had to delete it and reinstall four times. Once you get to the higher levels the app stops loading and the only way to get it to work again is to delete and reinstall. Unfortunately, every time this happens I have to start over again at level one which is boring. I did pay not to watch ads and thankfully the app does allow me to restore my purchase when reinstalled. I just wish they would fix it so I didn’t have to continually start over.
