Simple and unobtrusive unit converter for most needs. It can be used as a regular app window but is also available any time in the Today Notification Center (needs to be added after download and available on prior macOS 11 Big Sur only) and menu bar app (to be enabled in preferences). Multiple converters are possible in the notification center only. Features: - Angle, Area, Currency, Data Units, Energy, Force, Fuel Efficiency, Length, Mass, Power, Pressure, Speed, Temperature, Time, Timestamp and Volume - Rates for more than 40 currencies (Sources: Floatrates/Fixer)* - Rates for 19 cryptocurrencies (Source: CoinCap)* - Settings (in menubar) for: light and dark mode; keeping the window on top; thousands separator; decimal places - Swapping of units - Share conversion via mail, messages etc. - Touch Bar support for preferences * data for currencies are provided by free data sources, which availability cannot be guaranteed. Nice little App

I've been using this app for about a year, enjoyed the easy of use particularly the way it intagrated with Catalina notification/widgets. I use it mostly for length conversions and spot checking currency rates.OSX 11.0.1, Big Sur disabled the widget component which is disappointing. Apple seems to dislike innovation from outside its corporate control. When I asked Lakehorn Support about it they were very quick to respond and indicated there may an update that will restore some similar fuctionality under Catalina.

Upon upgrading to a new computer I hadn't realized dashboard/Widgets were a thing of the past though I continued using them on my old machine. Units converter was a staple, used constantly and immediately missed upon the upgrade. It took some digging to find this app but it is so good, covers all my needs in multiple measuring platforms. Excellent customer service. And for those missing the Weight paramenter...it's there, under Mass.

No Widget - Single Window

Runing macOS 11.5.2 - This is the thrid app I've purchased showing mutliple window options in the app preview. However it is only one destop window at a time, but you can have one in the menu bar and one on the desktop. Can't figure out how to put this in the dropdown widgets, seams to be no options even though thiere is aalso a photo in the app preview. Probably a earlier macOS version. I need about 8 windows open at once. I will update my review if there are any changes to this app.
